For me staying fit and healthy is super hard when you work in a tavern and get discounted pub food..Mmmmm pub food. Sorry about that it's so hard to turn a blind eye to that delicious plate of nachos. So these are the things i like to buy, eat and do to stay fit and healthy.
What To Wear:
I'm definitley into fashion so when it comes to working out i like to deck out in some bold pateerned Nike workout gear.

My workout rutine i like to keep nice and simple but effective. I find pole gym is the perfect way for me to keep in shape because i love dancing and feeling sexy.
Monday- 2 hour pole gym lesson
Tuesday- Nothing
Wednesday- 2 hour pole gym lesson
Thurday- 20 mins on tredmil, 20 mins on bike and 20mins of wieghts or squats and situps
NOWWWWW for the BEST part.......FOOD!!!!!
BREAKFAST: 3 Eggs scrambled
2 pieces of light rye bread
Handful of spinich
LUNCH: 1/2 chicken breast cooked in coconut oil
1/2 boiled brocolli
Mashed sweet potato
DINNER: 1 chicken breast cooked in coconut oil
1/2 boiled brocolli
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Handful fresh spinich leaves
SNACKS: 5 table spoons of jalna greek yougurt
1 banana
handful of almonds
Carrot sticks wth cream cheese
