I tried pole gym and this is what happened...

So I tried pole gym for the first time and this is how it went....

If you don't already know what I look like, I am the one in all black like every other day. As you can see the dancing is a little provocative so mum look away at the post. Especially in the this routine I felt like if my mother walked in she would die. Not all the routines they do are like this some are more contemporary where as others are more burlesque. I sweat a lot when I work out but my god this really works on EVERY single muscles in your body. What i loved most about this class is that it is for every fitness level out there, so for me I already have dancing experience but I am not very strong, which is fine because the girls give you different pole tricks depending on all that kind of stuff. Everything aside it is the FUNNEST work out I have ever done because it doesn't feel like a workout which is the best thing.

WHAT TO WEAR:

* Booty shorts. Because more skin more grip.

* Knee pads. We don't want to be walking around with carpet burn.

* Some form of shoe advance all wear heels, but beginners I advise some ballet flats or jazz shoes.

* Sports bra! Especially if you are big breasted like me, you don't want your girls falling out everywhere.

* Water bottle and a towel I know you don't wear these but they are a must!
